Job Description

EduTalent Group are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher for a long-term supply role at a welcoming primary school in Tunbridge Wells.

This position will involve working with pupils across

Key Stages 1 and 2

, supporting a range of learning needs including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and autism spectrum conditions (ASC).

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that support both academic progress and pupil wellbeing. The ability to contribute to core subjects such as

English, Maths or Science

is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching across

KS1 and KS2

as part of a long-term supply placement Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' needs Supporting the wider primary curriculum, including core subjects where required Encouraging pupil engagement, independence and positive learning behaviours Contributing to a supportive and consistent behaviour culture Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff and SEN specialists

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Proven experience teaching in

KS1 and/or KS2

Experience supporting children with

SEMH and ASC

is desirable Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Good understanding of the

Primary National Curriculum

Flexible, reflective and committed to inclusive practice A strong commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
