- Deliver engaging and differentiated learning to meet the needs of pupils with SEMH and SEND
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment to support behaviour and well-being
- Work as part of a skilled and supportive team
About you:
- A
qualified teacher
(QTS or equivalent) - ideally with a
primary teaching background
- Experience working with students with
SEMH, ADHD and Autism
- Knowledge of
SEND strategies
and a flexible, trauma-informed approach
- Strong behaviour management skills and a commitment to inclusion
