The Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Year 1 Teacher (MPR) on a fixed term basis who will inspire every pupil to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, create a positive learning environment, and work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider Trust.
About You
A degree (or equivalent) and QTS.
Proven strategies to support learning for all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Creativity and flexibility in your teaching approach.
Strong behaviour management skills that build mutual respect.
A willingness to embrace technology and new ways of working.
A growth mindset and commitment to your own professional learning.
Awareness of strategies available to improve the learning and achievement of all students.
Ability to use a range of teaching and learning strategies.
Knowledge of current issues and developments in education.
Confident user of standard IT packages, particularly when used to enhance student learning.
Behaviour management techniques.
