What the Programme Includes
Extensive Classroom Training:
You'll gain practical experience from day one, working alongside skilled educators and taking part in a wide range of training sessions designed to help you become an effective and confident teacher. Training covers curriculum planning, safeguarding, behaviour management, assessment strategies and more.
Individual Mentorship:
Throughout the year, you will receive guidance and coaching from an experienced mentor. They will support your lesson planning, observe your teaching and help you reflect on and strengthen your practice.
