Fluent in Sinhala or Tamil (spoken) and strong English.
Experienced in training delivery, ideally in education, environment, or international development.
Confident working across cross-cultural contexts, especially in South Asia.
Committed to inclusive practice and safeguarding (SEAH compliance required).
Willing and able to travel to Sri Lanka for up to 4 weeks as required.
Applicants from UK and Sri Lanka welcomed.
Bonus If You Have
Prior experience working with the Sri Lankan education system or South Asia-based NGOs.
Monitoring & evaluation experience (e.g. surveys, training impact reports).
Understanding of climate change science
What You'll Do
Deliver teacher training workshops across Sri Lanka (urban and rural), using pre-developed educational content on:
What is climate change?
Climate change and people
Climate change and the marine environment
Actions to limit climate impacts
