Have you got a heart for teaching and a passion for making learning engaging?

We are launching a fresh new business to support kids aged 11 to 16 who are home educated, and we're looking for a dedicated and qualified Teacher to join us. Work alongside fellow entrepreneur with 24 years experience in Recruitment, Training and Events, who truly understands the mission and vision behind this venture

As part of the team you will:

Teach a core subject (English or Maths) Be able to plan and deliver fun, informative sessions in other subjects like Life Skills, Humanities, Science or share your love of Cookery, Dance, Music or Drama for example Inspire and nurture a small group of students in a warm, semi structured home feel environment, where feelings of safety and growth are paramount Educate and engage students using effective teaching methods and resources Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress Foster a calm, positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation Have excellent computer skills, and not shy to conduct some live lessons and recordings for online learning Be part of the team offering various trips from camping to museums to yoga retreats and more A commitment to continuous professional development in educational practices

Hours & Salary

Part time role 2.5 to 3.5 days per week 20-25 per hour, plus performance bonus Onsite parking
