Darley Primary School require a Fixed Term Part time Year 2 Teacher to join them from January 2026.



Darley is a picturesque village in the heart of Nidderdale. It serves the community of Darley and is located 8 miles north west of Harrogate.



Darley and Summerbridge Primary School Federation (part of YCAT multi-academy trust) is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our experienced and hard-working staff at Darley Primary School.



Candidates must be flexible and creative and willing to take part fully in the life of our small, yet globally aware, rural primary school. The children have a wide range of ability and are wonderfully well-behaved, polite and hard working.



The role is unique in as much that you will be teaching our 12 Year 2 pupils Phonics, English and Mathematics every morning until 12.30pm. PPA will be taken alongside the Year 3 / 4 Class teacher on Monday mornings.



As part of our friendly staff team, you will be given a wide range of CPD opportunities as well as the experience of working in a school where people matter, but children matter most.
