We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher/Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. This role requires creativity, patience, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Duties:

Safeguarding is a priority and is everyone's responsibility. You will be expected to understand how to raise and report concerns. Training will be given to ensure that you are able to follow the correct procedures and how to identify potential child protection concerns

All pupils benefit from the directives of their EHCP. Most have social emotional and mental health needs. Experience of working with this profile would be desirable. - Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and instructional materials- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behaviour- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills - Skills: Strong knowledge of subject matter and ability to effectively teach it - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Patience and ability to work with diverse groups of students - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students - Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators. All applicants will be expected to follow the teachers standards, especially on conduct as set by the DofE.
