Lancaster University International Study Centre is seeking a Teacher of Mathematics and Statistics to deliver high-quality teaching on the Lancaster University International Foundation Programme at RQF Level 3 and the Graduate Diploma at RQF Level 6. The role involves centre-based delivery of lectures, seminars, labs and tutorials, with responsibility for the planning, teaching and assessment of modules such as Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Quantitative Methods for Science and Quantitative Methods for Business and Social Sciences.
This is a face-to-face teaching role based at our centre in the George Fox Building at Lancaster University.
The postholder will contribute to the development and delivery of an excellent learning experience for international students from a wide range of cultural and educational backgrounds.
The role also involves supporting student progress through tutorials and consultations, contributing to progression initiatives, attending staff and student representative meetings and participating in Board of Examiners processes.
