Teaching and Learning Assistant

to support pupils across Key Stage 1-4.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in class with their learning and development Provide 1:1 or small group interventions Assist the class teacher with planning, resources and classroom management Help promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Support students with additional needs, where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working in a primary school or education setting A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or relevant experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A patient, proactive and flexible attitude A valid Adult & Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
