Key Responsibilities:
Provide
1:1 and small group support
to pupils with SEND. Work collaboratively with dedicated staff to foster anurturing and engaging learning environment
. Assist in deliveringfun, interactive lessons
across the curriculum. Monitor student progress and offerconstructive feedback
to teachers and parents. Reflect on your practice and engage inongoing professional development
as a Teaching Assistant.###
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children in a
school or care setting
. A reference to verify your experience. A validEnhanced DBS on the Update Service
(or willingness to obtain one). The ability tocommute to or live in Watford
