Salary:

21,000 - 22,405 after 12 months

Hours:

Full-time (37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday) - Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

What You'll Do:



Support pupils

in small groups and

1:1 learning environments

Deliver structured and engaging teaching

underpinned by

Behaviour Analysis

Help pupils develop communication, social, and independent living skills

Be part of a passionate, dynamic, and supportive team

What We're Looking For:



Passion, energy, and

dedication

to supporting autistic children

GCSEs in Maths and English

(or equivalent) Resilience and adaptability to

meet challenges head-on

Experience in

special needs, education, or care

(preferred, but not essential) Ability to

work well in a team

and

communicate effectively

IT literacy to

record and update progress
