is seeking a dedicated

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant

to support a child in

Year 1 with ASD

. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's educational journey while working within a supportive team.

Your Role Will Include:

Providing consistent 1:1 support for a child with ASD in Year 1. Supporting emotional regulation, communication, and engagement in learning. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies. Creating a calm, structured, and encouraging environment.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN needs. A calm, empathetic and resilient approach. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A genuine passion for inclusive education and child development.
