The Greenshaw Learning Trust is 'Always Learning'



We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed individual to join our Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students. They must also have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record.

This is a fixed term contract until 17th July 2025 working 1:1 with a student in our Enhanced Learning Provision.

Main duties and responsibilities:



To support a student learning, physical, medical, emotional and behavioural difficulties to access the curriculum, make appropriate progress and develop appropriate classroom behaviour

To actively promote and contribute to the school's ethos and values To support teachers in facilitating and encouraging learning, which enables students to achieve high standards and to become independent learners
