We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Grade 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Grade 3 - 24,027 (pro rata, term time only)

What You Need to Succeed



The ideal candidate will:


Be able to work with children with additional needs, showing flexibility, empathy and patience. Work with pupils predominantly on a one-on-one basis to address specific learning needs, challenges and settling into school life. Support, with dignity and respect, individual children's personal care plans. Provide planned support including during lunch times based on individual needs. Show excellent communication skills Have a passion for education Collaborate with class teachers across the school to facilitate a positive and effective learning environment and contribute to the delivery of the ACE curriculum
