As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Collaborate closely with educators to provide essential support to students, enhancing their learning experiences.
• Assist in classroom activities and lessons, ensuring each student\'s needs are met.
• Foster an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere that boosts students\' self-confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
• Aid in the preparation of teaching materials and resources to facilitate engaging lessons.

For the Teaching Assistant role, the deserving candidate must:

• Possess a strong commitment to education and a passion for making a positive impact on students\' lives.
• Demonstrate reliability and flexibility as a valuable team member.
• Showcase excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, teachers, and staff.
• Embrace diverse learning styles and exhibit patience and empathy in your approach.
• Hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher or be a Graduate considering a career in education.
• Be committed to safeguarding.
• Be adaptable, enthusiastic and enjoy working with young people of all backgrounds.
