We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming small primary school in the Ashington/Blyth area of Northumberland. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teaching and learning across all age groups in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing classroom support to teachers and pupils across Early Years, Key Stages 1 and 2.

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lessons.

- Supporting individual and small group interventions to enhance pupil progress.

- Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.

- Helping with behaviour management and pastoral care.

Requirements:

- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.

- Experience working in a primary school setting is essential.

- SEN experience is advantageous, particularly in supporting children with additional needs.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexibly across different age groups.

- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
