Specialist Mentor (SEN & Academic Support)

Your Mission:

Empowerment:

Deliver bespoke 1:1 mentorship that adapts to the child's unique learning style and emotional needs.

Holistic Growth:

Combine targeted academic support with emotional coaching to foster strength and self-belief.

Behavioural Support:

Utilise Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and positive reinforcement to encourage independence and emotional regulation.

Collaboration:

Act as a bridge between the home and school, offering meaningful insights to parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure a unified approach.

Who You Are:

You have a warm, empathetic nature with the patience to build deep, trusting relationships. You possess a strong background in mentoring or tutoring You have proven expertise in early childhood care and emotional development. Bonus:You are familiar with Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) techniques and SEN environments. Access to car and full UK driving licence
