Teaching Assistant

in Bournemouth. This full-time role offers a chance to make a real impact by supporting pupils who benefit from a personalised, nurturing learning environment.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). Your role will include helping to create a calm, safe and predictable learning atmosphere, assisting with personalised education plans, and providing 1:1 and small-group support that enables pupils to build confidence, independence and emotional regulation.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate, calm and resilient individual
Experience supporting children or young people with autism or additional needs (desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Someone who can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
A willingness to learn, adapt and grow in a specialist setting
Ability to start
as soon as possible
