An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team. We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and highly motivated part-time 1 to 1 teaching assistant to join our wonderful school family at Churchfields.

We are proud to be a diverse workforce where everyone plays a vital role. Working primarily under direction of the Class Teacher and the SENDCo you will support a student with planned learning activities and programmes on a 1:1 basis.

This is a rewarding role where you will be supporting a young person on their educational journey, inspiring them to break barriers and communicating with parents to establish positive home/school relationships.

Experience in an educational or similar setting is an advantage but not essential. Palladian Academy Trust are keen to hear from candidates keen for a rewarding and purposeful career change who feel strongly about achieving equitable outcomes for all.

This is a temporary contract linked to a named child, working 12 hours per week, over two days 8.30am to 3.00pm with an unpaid 30-minute break (paid for 6 hours per day). The post is term time only plus one INSET.
