Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in the classroom to create a positive and engaging learning environment Assisting with lesson delivery and small group activities Providing

1:1 support

for pupils with additional learning needs (SEN) Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils build confidence Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
Teaching Assistant Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with children and education Strong communication and teamwork skills

Right to work in the UK

Two recent references
