We are seeking an enthusiastic committed professional to join us as a Teaching Assistant to support us in our new service

The successful candidate will:

Mentoring, supporting and inspiring learners by supporting them with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, on home tuition and outreach and through outdoor activities Assist with the preparation of learning material and contributing to the delivery of learning objectives with a strong focus on behavioural management Daily reports on learners' progress and barriers to learning Interaction with parents/care givers on a regular basis

Our ideal candidate will have:

A committed and passionate view of students with SEND At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment or similar unit/provision A level 3 TA qualification is advantageous

More about the role:

Our new specialist service offers educational placements for male pupils from the adjoining Keys Group Residential Home, each with varying SEND needs. We provide personalised support in small, structured classes, ensuring individual education and behaviour plans tailored to each student.


Located in a peaceful rural setting with newly refurbished, well-equipped classrooms and access to outdoor learning, the school delivers a calm environment. With only eight pupils and a high staff-to-pupil ratio, we help students achieve nationally recognised qualifications from Entry Level to GCSE.

School tours are highly welcomed as a part of our interview selection process.
