Job description
We require a Teaching Assistant to work as part of our team. The Key Stage is subject to experience of the candidate.




Candidates need to:



Demonstrate a calm and relaxed manner Teach small groups and run intervention groups eg Better Reading. Be able to communicate effectively with home Be a great team worker Have experience of working with children in a similar role Be willing to have relevant training Be flexible and reliable Support children to develop independent self-help skills Show good organisational skills Be consistent in expectations of behaviour Have high expectations for all children Have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
