Whitley Park Primary and Nursery School is a vibrant, inclusive community where children are placed at the heart of everything we do. As a Casual Teaching Assistant, you will provide flexible classroom support as and when required.




You will work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons, support individual pupils and small groups, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and learning activities. Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils, including those with additional needs. Encourage and promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning. Assist with classroom preparation and organisation. Contribute to the wider life of the school where required

What We're Looking For:

Have a genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing. Can demonstrate patience, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Have strong communication skills and a proactive approach. Ideally, have experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable but not essential). A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
