dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants

The Role
You will:
Support pupils with autism, communication needs, sensory differences, and complex learning profiles
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and specialist teams
Use structured routines, visual supports, and positive behaviour strategies
Help create a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
Assist with personal care where required
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
