Support pupils' learning across a range of activities, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Work closely with teachers to prepare engaging resources and deliver personalised learning plans. Foster independence and self-esteem in pupils, including those with special educational needs. Assist with classroom organisation and ensure a safe, stimulating learning environment. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families, contributing to our inclusive ethos. Support pupils during off-site visits and collaborate with external agencies when needed.

A caring, proactive individual who enjoys working with children. GCSEs in English and Maths. Teaching Assistant qualifications or experience would be an advantage. Qualifications or experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs would also be an advantage. Someone who communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
