are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

Teaching Assistant

to join a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to start on a

temporary contract through an agency

, with the potential to

transfer to a permanent school contract

following a successful probationary period.


To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK school or similar setting and a current DBS certificate.


The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support students learning across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to create a positive and engaging classroom environment where every pupil can achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional learning needs. Assist with classroom preparation, resource organisation, and behaviour management. Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. * Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all learners.
