Responsibilities

Assist teachers in delivering educational programs and managing classroom activities. Support students with special needs, ensuring an inclusive learning environment. Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to enhance student understanding. Collaborate with educators to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers. Facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities. Help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role. Strong background in special education and working with children with disabilities. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed. Relevant certifications or qualifications in education are preferred.
