What You Need to Succeed
We seek an enthusiastic learning support assistant, preferably with experience of working with children with additional needs. The successful candidate will:
be reliable and take initiative.
be sensitive and caring; able to build relationships.
have a consistent approach towards developing children's PSED through daily interactions.
be willing to become involved in children's play to extend their learning and develop independence.
be able to work with all children, including supporting children who have English as an additional; language and those with SEND.
ideally have previous experience of working in a school environment particularly with KS1 children.
have passes in GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.
be willing to uphold our school's Catholic ethos and contribute to the wider aspects of school life.
be willing to work flexibly across the primary age range, particularly KS1.
