What You'll Be Doing

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play an essential role in helping children and young people feel supported, confident, and included in their learning. Your responsibilities may include:


Providing 1:1 support, building positive relationships, and offering encouragement to help pupils succeed. Supporting small groups to reinforce learning and celebrate progress. Assisting class teachers with activities, resources, and creating a safe, engaging classroom environment. Supporting pupils with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them overcome challenges and feel valued. Encouraging independence, resilience, and a genuine love of learning in every child you work with.

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to supporting young people. You don't need years of classroom experience--what matters most is your empathy, patience, and ability to connect with children.


You'll also need:


A positive, flexible attitude when working across different schools and key stages. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
