The school is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for our Early Years classes who has a particular interest in child development and learning through play. Individuals must have enthusiasm, drive and a passion for ensuring all children achieve their potential. The role will also include working with pupils, either one-to-one or in small groups, some of whom may have SEND. Qualifications in Paediatric First Aid are also desirable.
You will need to have:
GCSE Grades A-C in English and mathematics, or equivalent
recent, relevant experience in working with children
a childcare qualification (would be desirable)
the ability to work effectively in a team and with a range of stakeholders.
patience, kindness, with high expectations for children and staff.
