Hours:

28.20 hours per week TA Level 1 (Term time only)

We are looking to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our school family. We are a warm and inclusive Primary school at the heart of its community, situated just a few miles north of Lincoln. We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who:

? Has a passion (and experience ideally) for Early Years Education

? Is caring and compassionate with high expectations

? Has excellent communication skills and is able to evidence experience of working successfully within a team.

? Is hard working, organised and flexible.

? Confidence in working with classes and groups of children

? Can support children with their emotional and social development.

? Is able to follow the school's behaviour management policy effectively.

? Is able to communicate effectively with parents/carers.
