We are seeking a dedicated, professional and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support high-quality teaching and learning within our EYFS provision.
The post holder will work under the direction of the Class Teacher/Senior Teaching Assistant and contribute to the learning, care and welfare of our youngest learners.
Support for Pupils:
Work directly with individuals, small groups and whole classes as required.
Deliver planned learning activities, interventions and key group sessions
Support pupils with additional needs and implement IEPs effectively.
Build positive relationships with pupils, modelling appropriate behaviour and language
Promote inclusion, independence and positive attitudes to learning.
Assist with pastoral needs, personal care and first aid (where trained).
Provide regular, constructive feedback to support pupil progress
Support for Teaching and Assessment:
Prepare learning environments, resources and materials.
Contribute to planning discussions and suggest enhancements to provision.
Carry out high-quality observations aligned with Development Matters and maintain learning journeys (online and paper-based).
Provide accurate feedback to teachers on pupil progress.
Support assessment activities including phonics and early maths.
Maintain clear records and evidence in line with school expectations
Support for the Curriculum:
Facilitate purposeful, structured play across all areas of learning
Deliver interventions and learning programmes.
Support the use of ICT to enhance learning.
Adapt support where needed to ensure all pupils can access activities
Help maintain and develop curriculum resources and learning environments
Support for the School:
Uphold the Christian values, ethos and behaviour expectations of the school.
Promote safeguarding, confidentiality and health and safety procedures at all times.
Build positive and professional relationships with parents, colleagues and external agencies.
Contribute to school duties, educational visits and wider school life.
Participate in training, meetings and professional development.
Work collaboratively as part of a committed, caring Early Years team.
