An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled individual to join our experienced and friendly team at Pimperne Primary School, part of Hamwic Education Trust (HET). This role is 1:1 with a named child and is expected to run until 31 August 2026. This role supports an individual child with specific funding. We expect the child to remain in school for this and future years but the contract may be terminated at an earlier date with due notice should the needs of the pupil change or attendance cease.

We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support the needs of a pupil one to one.

This is a special role for a special person and we need a highly motivated and experienced individual with the right skill set and ethos to play an important role in enabling this pupil to achieve their full learning potential. JOB/PERSON SUMMARY:

This role will involve:

Working with a child one to one in a dedicated setting. Delivery of a range of learning under the guidance of the class teacher and SENDCO. Supporting the child with learning and break periods both indoors and outdoors. Working effectively alongside and under the direction of, the class teacher and leadership. Contributing to and supporting a supportive and dynamic team.
