At Tradewind Recruitment, we are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant who will have experience and the desire to work with SEN students. This experience can be from a background that isnt school based as long as you have supported SEN children. This is for a mainstream Primary School in the Royal borough of Greenwich. This would be a full time position to start in January 2024. The role will be through the agency on a long term contract.

The SEN Teaching Assistant salary for this post will be on a contracted basis via the agency at \xc2\xa385-105 per day.

Tradewind is hiring an SEN Teaching Assistant that will support a named child on a 1:1 basis. The child in question is within Early Years Reception and requires a Teaching Assistant to support their needs. The successful candidate will build a relationship and bond with the child so that progress on learning can be made. Parents are actively involved and SENCO has provided a clear plan on how to get the best in regards the childs care.

This Teaching Assitant will help prepare learning materials for the child, using the school Teacher and SENCO plans. Will help the child in all aspects of school life.

• Qualification as a Teaching Assistant such as CACHE Level 2 or 3 is desirable but not essential
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant from educational setting or working with children
• Experience supporting SEN
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• Your CV must cover your employment and education history since you finished formal education and any employment breaks must be explained.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK
