About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for an enthusiastic

Teaching Assistant

to join our specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) provision. You'll play a key role in supporting students from

Year 7 upwards

, helping them thrive both academically and emotionally in a nurturing environment.

What You'll Do

Support classroom learning and provide

one-to-one or small group interventions

Help deliver tailored learning plans and encourage positive behaviour strategies Assist teachers in creating an

inclusive, engaging classroom environment

Build strong relationships with pupils, boosting confidence and wellbeing Monitor progress and share feedback with staff and parents

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people (SEMH or SEND experience is a bonus!) Great communication skills and a calm, positive approach Ability to stay proactive and supportive in challenging situations Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
