Primary TAs - We Need You!!

We are seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant in the North Yorkshire area, ideally with experience in a primary school setting. The successful candidate would have

Ideally, possess experience in a primary setting

Demonstrate a strong understanding of the English language, both written and spoken

Strong communication skills

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and inspiring learning atmosphere

Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure that each student receives the support they need.

Help teachers deliver engaging lessons while promoting and supporting positive behaviour in the classroom.

Provide one-on-one or small group assistance, ensuring they feel understood and supported.

Lead learning activities when required
