About the Role:
xf0x9fx94xb9 Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for children with SEND
xf0x9fx94xb9 Assist in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
xf0x9fx94xb9 Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and strategies for individual learning needs
xf0x9fx94xb9 Help build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
xf0x9fx94xb9 Support literacy, numeracy, and personal development
What Were Looking For:
Experience working with KS2 children
Knowledge or experience in supporting SEND students
A nurturing and patient approach to learning
Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, BTEC, or equivalent in Teaching Assistant/Supporting Teaching & Learning)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
