caring and proactive Teaching Assistant
to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils reach their full potential.
What You'll Do:
Provide
tailored support
to pupils with SEND, both in class and during small group sessions.
Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive, and accessible lessons.
Monitor and record progress, sharing constructive feedback with staff and families.
Foster a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages confidence and independence.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience supporting children in a
school or care setting
.
A valid
Enhanced DBS
on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Ability to
commute to or reside in Hemel Hempstead
.
