Teaching Assistants

to join their KS1 and KS2 classes.

The Role:



Provide

1:1 and small group support

for pupils with SEND, supporting both academic progress and personal growth. Work alongside teachers to help create a

positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

. Support the delivery of

interactive and stimulating lessons

that spark curiosity and participation. Monitor and track pupil progress, giving constructive feedback to staff and families. Reflect on your practice and take opportunities to grow professionally.

What We're Looking For:



Previous experience working in a

UK primary school

. Experience supporting children, backed by references. An

Enhanced DBS

on the Update Service (or willingness to apply). Ability to commute to or live locally in

Brent/Neasden

.
