This role will suit someone who loves helping children with complex needs and values creating a calm, nurturing space where every pupil can thrive. You'll be part of an experienced and caring staff team, working together to build pupils' confidence, communication and independence.
The school has small class sizes and fantastic facilities, including a sensory room, hydrotherapy pool, Forest School and animal care area - all designed to provide a rich, hands-on learning experience.
We're looking for people who:
Have experience in education, care, nurseries or youth work (healthcare backgrounds also work well here)
Stay calm and consistent in busy or challenging moments
Understand sensory and communication needs
Communicate clearly and work well as part of a team
Bring positivity, initiative and patience every day
Are comfortable supporting with personal care when needed
