We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning and well-being in a caring, inclusive environment. You will assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery, provide tailored support to individual pupils, and help maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Duties include supervising pupils during breaks and trips, promoting good behaviour and healthy habits, and contributing to progress monitoring. Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a genuine passion for education are essential. A Level 2/3 TA qualification and experience with SEND are desirable.
