We are looking for a KS2 teaching assistant who can help us achieve our vision: &Unlock Potential $u Celebrate Success&.

• Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills, including GCSE (grade A-C) or equivalent in English and Maths
• Understand how children learn on an individual level to ensure progress
• Can easily establish a rapport with children and interact with them according to their individual needs
• Can encourage and enthuse children to participate in all school activities to the best of their abilities so they can learn effectively
• Work effectively as part of a skilled team, having excellent communication skills
• Are able to work on your own initiative
• Have enthusiasm and passion for the job
• Are committed to delivering the best possible education to all our pupils
• Have high aspirations for your own career development
