Job Description

Term-time only + Training Days. 32.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, (8:15-4 Monday, 8:15-3:15 Tuesday -Thursday & 8:15-2:45, Friday)



We are seeking an inspiring and committed Teaching Assistant to join our school community. In this role, you will provide pupil-focused support, working closely with teachers to enhance learning and promote inclusive practice for all students. You will act as a behaviour and wellbeing champion, fostering a positive, supportive, and empowering environment where every child can thrive.

The ideal candidate is flexible, proactive, and an excellent communicator, able to respond to individual needs and build strong, collaborative relationships with students, staff, and parents. A professional individual with experience of providing support to young people A compassionate and adaptable individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all pupils Committed to building positive relationships with students, fostering respect while maintaining high expectations A clear communicator with excellent organisation skills, able to balance firmness with empathy and build relationships with a wide range of individuals
