This is an exciting time at Woodlesford Primary school, and we are keen to find an individual who shares our ambition to be the best we possibly can be. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, friendly and caring teaching assistant with strong english and maths skills who is determined to help children achieve their potential. Our roles in school are flexible and include some whole class and small group support, 1:1 intervention and support to children with specific SEND needs. Our teaching assistants also provide assistance in the lunch hall and play areas for 30 mins. The successful candidate will have a first aid qualification or be willing to undertake training to be first aid qualified. The successful candidate should have good organisational skills, be able to work as part of a team and also work under their own initiative. Woodlesford Primary is a popular and successful school at the heart of its community. We are proud of our enthusiastic children who are ready to learn, a dedicated staff team full of enthusiasm, creativity and the ambition to succeed, and a thirst for development, as well as dedicated governors and very supportive parents.
