Actual salary - 18,241 - 18,824


32 hours per week / term time plus one week


Fixed term until August 2026



We are looking for a skilled, confident and caring Teaching Assistant who is committed and passionate about supporting children with additional needs in school and who is able to provide high quality support. This is a fixed term role providing support within a growing school.

The role includes:



Building strong, positive relationships with children in all year groups. Working as part of our developing approach to nurture, inclusion and emotional regulation. Being a calm, consistent presence across the school especially for children who need it most.

Caring, committed and highly motivated Have high expectations of all pupils' achievement and behaviour Hardworking and a team player who can work on their own initiative Is flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to the needs of different classes and situations. Works well as part of a team and shares ideas to improve provision. Is passionate about making a difference especially for children who need extra support to succeed.
