Grade C Points 4 to 6 (25,185 to 25,989 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at 17,641.67.
Willows Academy are looking to appoint a One-to-One Teaching Assistant Level 1 to join our academy in November 2025 on a part time, temporary basis until August 2026.

Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant Level 1, you will work under the direct instruction of teaching/senior staff, usually in a classroom with the teacher. You will support pupils to ensure they can access learning and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
