Parkfield Primary School is excited to offer an opportunity for a Temporary Level 1 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team, starting as soon as possible.
What will your role involve?
Providing personalised support to individual pupils and small groups with complex needs, within our experienced and nurturing SEND team.
Assisting in the delivery of tailored educational programmes to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
Working across the school particularly in Key Stage 2 to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) needs.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who:
Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with SEND.
Has experience in a school or nursery setting, ideally with Early Years experience.
Understands the importance of inclusion, patience, and flexibility in helping children succeed.
