Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing educational programs and activities under the guidance of classroom teachers.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
- Support students with special education needs, including those with autism, in their learning journey.
- Mentor and communicate effectively with students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized learning environment for all students.
- Offer tutoring and educational support to individuals or small groups as needed.

Requirements:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work effectively with students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact with students, teachers, and parents.
- Knowledge or experience in special education is a plus.
- Ability to support and inspire colleagues in a collaborative team environment.
