Grade: Grade 3 (SCP 5-6)



Contract Type: Temporary (until 31/08/26)



Hours: 32.5 Hours Per Week



Working Pattern: Term Time Only



Actual Salary: 19,242 - 19,548



Interview Date: From 17th October - 20th October 2025





Belfield Community School would like to appoint two caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support within our school.


Working hours will be from 8:30am 4pm, Monday to Friday (though there may be an element of slight flexibility with these hours).



Recent experience supporting a child 1:1, or supporting SEND children in class, would be desirable.



The successful candidates will be skilled and enthusiastic TA's, who are committed to supporting children's learning and who relish the challenges faced in our inclusive and successful school. A good level of maths and English is essential as is being familiar with the primary school curriculum.


The role demands a lot of patience and perseverance, and may involve some physical handling and care. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop links with parents and outside agencies.
